"Casa Ædrian" is located in the central yet quiet neighbourhood of San Saba. Right in front of the ancient Aurelian Walls and next to the Aventine Hill. The Circus Maximus and the Colosseum are only 10/15 minutes away by foot.

The Space
The Loft boasts a large open space, from the large entrance to the "Open Kitchen" with dining table, and a relaxation area with 55" TV, all overlooking a large private terrace with garden.
The apartment has a master bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower!
The living area accommodates 2 more guests with a queen size Murphy bed, which is serviced with the second large bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, with a large ventilated oven and induction cooking plan. You will find all the basic amenities for cooking (olive oil, salt and spices). We will also leave you some Nespresso caps as a welcome. Next to the kitchen you may find a washing area with a washing machine and dryer.
Inside there is a large dining table and a smaller table outside with a barbecue.
The living area can easily be transformed into night mode with the practical and comfortable Murphy bed. This bed can be opened or closed at any time and has a comfortable regular mattress unlike sofa beds.
There is a large, modern bathroom with an Italian shower cabin.
The terrace, which is almost 40 m2, is full of plants and sunny in the morning. It is private and ideal for a summer barbecue lunch or to rest in privacy under the open sky.
The Loft is located a few steps from the Piramide metro station and the train station which connects to Fiumicino airport in just 30 minutes. Trains also go to Ostia (Rome seaside).
Parking is very easy to find in this area, there are some free spaces or paid parking.
The Circus Maximus and the Baths of Caracalla are a 10-minute walk away. The Colosseum is 15/20 minutes away on foot.
The "Testaccio neighbourhood" 5 minutes from home, is a lively neighbourhood with a big variety of good restaurants and famous clubs.
