The Space

Borgo Felix is ​​a large apartment located 350 meters from the metro in a quiet but lively neighborhood.

The space is approximately 75 m2 and boasts 2 small balconies, a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with an Italian walk-in shower. A large and bright living area of ​​approximately 30 m2 completes the apartment with a beautiful and functional fully equipped kitchen.

In the living room you also have a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people.

The street where the apartment is located has many free parking spaces.

Access for guests

The apartment is absolutely exclusive!

The small suburb consists of 3 apartments in total with a small private entrance. The parking space is private to another unit, however it is very easy to find parking on the main road.

A garage is available (near the metro) and costs per hour or €15 per day.
